XXL Power Modules
The XXL Power Module provides energy for deep-sea, shallow-water or AUV instrumentations. We provide Lithium cells (used since 25 years all over the world and are known as the worlds most reliable and most durable – longest lasting cells) or Lithium-Polymere / Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries. For economical reasons Alkali Manganese batteries and Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries are still provided.
With the SmartDIâ„¢ Controller / Datalogger as the heart, many different sensors, a power management and a data transmission unit a complete monitoring system is realized. Because the excellent characteristics, the SubSea Power Module is best used for off-shore (ODAS = Ocean Data Acquisition System) and underwater / artic applications or other applications under extreme conditions.
