The OceanTel ART - Acoustic Release Transponder is an extremely durable medium-duty release for use in deep or shallow water. It incorporates the proven Chelsea Technologies Group Ltd standard CTG1083 Telemetry and Release electronics.
The sturdy release section provides unbeaten shock protection ensuring that this release functions even under the harshest conditions. The release mechanism, as well as being spring assisted, is designed to minimize fouling problems with all moving parts contained within the body.
The OceanTel ART is commanded by the OceanTel CTG1082 Telemetry Control Unit or compatible units.
